PRIVACY

What Rustle collects.

Information you provide

When you submit Build Your Own Experience, Rustle stores the three feelings and exact story passages you selected. If you then choose to trust Rustle and join the waitlist, Rustle also stores your name, email, phone number, neighborhood, and that trust decision with your selected experience. Submitting a design study does not add you to the waitlist. When you complete a paid participant survey, Rustle separately stores the contact details, availability, boundaries, skills, and other answers you choose to provide. A private selfie is stored only when you upload one. When you use the contact or business form, Rustle stores your message and the contact details you provide.

How it is used

Waitlist information is used to understand what potential participants are drawn to, consider people for future experiences, and contact someone when an experience might be right for them. A builder choice or waitlist entry is not consent for any activity, touch, control, risk, or rule-breaking. Experience-specific boundaries, restrictions, disclosures, and opt-ins remain separate. Other information is used to send casting or production messages, evaluate business partnerships, and respond to contact requests. Paid survey information and selfies are used separately for private casting and production planning.

Sharing

Rustle does not sell your information. It may be processed by the services used to host the website and deliver communications.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from messages at any time. To request deletion, use the Contact page or reply to a Rustle message and ask for your record to be removed.

Retention

Waitlist entries, paid surveys, business inquiries, and contact tickets are kept while they are useful to Rustle or until you ask for deletion.
